DESCRIPTION: Cover of Johnny Cashes version of NIN's original. I used Johnny's guitar line, but used bass chords instead, giving it a gloomy feel. Since life is energy, the static fade in, at the intro represents death coming back to tell the tale, then it also fades out, representing life fading. The repeated bass note at the end is the heart beat, as it fades out, the static fades in.
