This song was written for my friend, the late great John Denver. I wrote it for his family, friends and fans who miss him... as I do. We were suppose to meet out in Colorado the last time I played, but we never got the chance. It would have been the last time I would have ever got to talk with him! I wonder if the world would have been just a little cooler and greener, had he lived....
