This rapper is very unique. His rap style is very different from others. He has a lot of influence from different places of the country. Interest was first sparked by music in the 90’s. The feel of “house music “ in northern and Midwest states established the idea of power that music has over people. Songs such as Tootsie Roll and Whoomp, There It Is, and Perculator proclaimed the energy music can bring and the influence over people by attending house parties and skating rinks. As the curiosity began, Midevil started to search for other genres that really related to him. Some were influential, such as the fist albums he ever bought; Po Pimp Do or Die, Crucial Conflict, and Bone Thugz –n- Harmony. However this was not fulfilling, so he started to put his own rhyming words together. “Midevil” was an excellent student with great grades in the 90’s. The benefit of education helped him in establishing the basics of putting words together. As a Teenager, he and his family moved state of Georgia. This was a total culture shock. The new location was different in every way, even in the music. But as all dedicated people do, he continued to work on his music using tape recorder with a beat in a background to start recording himself. He also started making instrumentals with a beat machine and a computer program called Fruity Loops. He soon found a few friends to do music with and increase his skills. He also was going through his adolescent rebellion. Getting into fights and dealing with illegal substances, he realized that he was not just the model child even though his grades stayed above par. Along with a divorce of his parents (for the second time) death of close family, and incarceration of friends, this brought a lot of inner turmoil and sadness. This is how the name Midevil came about. It means that there is a tough, aggressive, harsh side which comes out through music. In 2003, He attended college at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Al. This is were he linked up with His friend T-Roc and started to sharpen his skills. With winning second place in his first rap contest, he experienced the opportunity to open up for Juvenille at a club in 2004. From that point he knew that point on that up is where he is headed. Unrelated to music, the rapper adopted the name of Cool Breeze due to his presence, swagger, easy going attitude, and calmness. He earned his Bachelor Degree in business. With a business attitude and an unrelenting motivation for stardom, there is no stopping him!
