13 Beats Off was formed roughly around September 2008 in Limassol,Cyprus,by Alex Mackay. After numorous line up changes over the next year,by the end of 2009, 13BO had found stability as a line up and as a band, finally establishing a sound and excelling musically. After numorous line up changes over the next year,by the end of 2009, 13BO had found stability as a line up and as a band, finally establishing a sound and excelling musically. Playing in small bars, to festivals across Cyprus and even Athens (Schoolwave 2010) they began to grow as a band and perfecting their sound. Over the next few months 2 of the original members had to leave due to commitments and family, but that wasn't the end. After a break of 8 months, from january 2011 they began working on new material, recordings and playing live.
