Carnage Productions Presents: Animocity Animocity was born Tashia D. King in Detroit, MI and raised in the surrounding areas of the District of Columbia. She received the name of Animocity from her brother Greg who claimed she was “Walking around full of animosity”. Being the third child of five siblings with a massive amount of support; Animocity has grown to be an involved participant and ever growing artist in the world of hip-hop. Animocity’s influences range between different genres and include Rhythm and Blues, Rap, Go-Go and Soul; crediting such artists as, Run DMC, LL Cool J, MC Lyte, Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige, Lauryn Hill, Tupac, Scarface, Back-yard band, Rare Essence and Chuck Brown; Animocity’s inspirations are at the core of her creations. While joining up with Carnage Productions, Animocity has co-produced various tracks and performed at several events in the D.C. area. She is completely dedicated to her talent and works her skill to its full potential. Animocity loves the challenge the industry has to offer; therefore she is always striving to deliver a perfect result. Rhyming is something she does without even trying. When she speaks, her rhymes and lyrical aspects are her foundation. With a passion to succeed at her skill since the age of fifteen, Animocity is now ready to share her vibe with the rest of the world. Her goal is to deliver a message with every song she writes, thus giving her longevity. Dealing with life experiences has helped Animocity to mature; but much of her growth and maturity come from her determination to pursue her dreams. “I’m gonna hold it down in this game.
