I was born and raised all over the Bay Area and I am very proud of where I am from. My friends say that I am young with a mature demeanor but all agree that I know how to have a good time. My love for music is all because of my mother, Maria. She is the one who introduced me to The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Ralph Tresvant, Janet Jackson--all the music that I love today. I am a firm believer that I was born too late since some my favorite songs are from the 80s (Michael Jackson, Prince) and 90s (Tupac, TLC, Monica, Boyz II Men, Toni Braxton). However, I have to give the new school some love with artists such as J. Cole, Donnis, and of course my favorite Drake (Everyone needs to get COMEBACK SEASON on their iPods).
What brought me to OURSTAGE was a competition but what has lead me to be active is that I finally have an outlet to discover new artists and maybe even discover the talents within myself.
