Born the grandson of an evangelist in the foothills of the northwest Georgia mountains, Chase began singing at age 10. As a member of the CMA, he has been inspired by the old time greats like Conway Twitty to today's Alan Jackson. Chase has always loved all kinds of music: classical, bluegrass, blues, jazz, southern rock to yesterday and today's country music. As a singer/songwriter/musician, Chase has recorded three of his songs and is currently working on a dozen other songs which he hopes to finish in the very immediate future. He has recorded three cd's: "Chase On The Cover", cover music, "Softer Side Of Me", pre-release cd and "She's My Friend", a fourteen song cd released in November of 2007. Chase looks forward to recording more in the very near future. Chase has made several television appearances and recently had the honor of being interviewed on Nixa Country Radio for an hour and fifteen minutes live on the air via telephone. He was featured in Indie Magazine in December of 2007. His songs have been played on WDVX 102.9 fm in Knoxville, Tenn to Nixa Country Radio (the largest manned internet radio station in the world) in Chino, CA. Chase can also be heard on Rockin Roundup Rodeo. He plays trumpet, a little keyboard and is currently teaching himself to play acoustic guitar. As and Air Force veteran of six years and member of the American Legion for five years, Chase supports his brothers and sisters relentlessly. He prays for their cause, safe return, comfort and reassurance of their families. "Serving voluntarily in the Air Force is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I learned so much about people, their behavior and the fundamentals of society. I would encourage (not at war time) for any young person to serve and continue their education as I did.", Chase was recently quoted. Chase is also a member of Project Child Smiles (PCS) which is an organization that links artist with terminally ill children. He sponsors three year old Johnathan Hadsall, son of Mitzie Hadsall, of Bullhead City, Arizona and is very honored to have the privilege of doing so. "Anytime you can make a child smile, that is a direct blessing from God", Chase says. Just a few of Chase's favorite quotes: (1) "You can't keep a good man down." (anonymous) (2) "Tell me I can't do something and I will prove you wrong every time." (anonymous) (3) "Any man this is rightful and worthy of his goals will prevail regardless of obstacles he may encounter in his path!" (Chase Rogers) (4) "The key to happiness is staying out of yourself as you only get in the way". (Chase Rogers) (5) "Always keep 3 steps ahead of everyone, then when you have a bad day you are still 1 step ahead." (Chase Rogers) Look for more of Chase in the very near future as he is a down home country boy with down home principles and best of all, he is just getting started.
