Corduroy Jones isn't neo this or post that. Corduroy Jones is just a damn good rock band. Tracy Reed's vocals are a too good to be believed. Keith Wilson's guitar always seems to find the right note. Dave Smith's drumming is solid as all get out while still being funky as hell (solid AND funky is not an easy combo to pull off but he does). Corduroy Jones isn't neo this or post that. Corduroy Jones is just a damn good rock band. Tracy Reed's vocals are a too good to be believed. Keith Wilson's guitar always seems to find the right note. Dave Smith's drumming is solid as all get out while still being funky as hell (solid AND funky is not an easy combo to pull off but he does). And Kristen Reed's bass stays in the pocket when it should and pokes it's head out of said pocket to grab your ear when she wants it to. Add it all up and you get an eclectic rock band playing a lot of different types of music that still manages to sound cohesive. It ain't boring, I can tell you that much.
