York , that’s where! Born and raised in Hip Hop’s hometown, Corinne says
she found in music what she couldn’t find in anything else – a passion. “I
realized at a very young age that I gravitated to music in an incredibly special way, it just consumed my thoughts. “I would sit in my room for hours upon hours just singing and writing” says Corinne. As she developed a strong interested in music she found a place where her musical talents could shine- School . “It’s funny because most kids hate school but I loved it. I joined the gospel choir, started my own dance team, took poetry classes and joined the cheerleading squad. I was very active.” Corinne remembers. As Corinne went on to sing and dance her way through school she realized that this was her passion, her dream, her life and she couldn’t see herself doing anything thing else. With a motivated spirit and ruthless ambition Corinne began working with a variety of well-known and up and coming producers in the music industry to produce a sound that is truly her own, ‘a sound that is unique and classic’. Instantly she was recognized for her distinctive musical gift and her superb lyrical style was quickly noticed when she began writing songs like, “Therapy”, “Disrespectful” and “High”.
