Hey guys, Check out what Metal Mark of atlmetal.com had to say about Crimson Moustache!"Crimson Moustache has only been around since October of 2007 but are already making a strong name for themselves around Georgia. The group is made up a two beasts, John and Josh, who make a larger sound than one would expect from a band made of only two members. Buzz around town is the live show is brutal and one that will stick with you for days. CM's sound is very different and unique from most bands you hear these days. I dig the sound because anything new means progression, which is always important in music. Their myspace page features three songs that are all different in style. "Time To Kill" and "Apollo" are very experimental with crazy, technical guitar riffs over a very passionate vocal performance. The drums could be louder in production but they serve their purpose as the backbone to each song. The drummer is definitely talented, I just wish that I could hear it more clearly. That's my only fault with the production. "Strike Three" is my favorite song by far. It begins with a devastating breakdown and some of the angriest vocals I have heard from a local band. The drums are heard in this song and pound nonstop through the song. The guitar parts are very intriguing and I can't wait to hear what John comes up with in the future. The best way I can describe it would be a Mastodon/Hendrix mix with other styles thrown in. You have to hear the parts to understand. Overall, this band is very pleasing to my ears. Like I said, I love diversity in music and this band shows that they are going for something new and they pull it off. They have upcoming shows at The 7 Venue, Swayze's Venue, The Vinyl, The Venue, and Insomnia. I will definitely be at one of the shows and I suggest that you should check this band out live as well. Horns up to Crimson Moustache!" ~Metal Mark, ATLMetal.com
