There are people who take the easy path and settle for what life gives them, and there are those who claw and scratch their way, fighting to do what they have always dreamed of. Danielle Bollinger is one of those people. From age five when Danielle took the stage at church and belted out a heartfelt rendition of “What Can I Give to the King”, her dream has been to be on the stage doing what she loves – singing songs from the heart. With the release of her new five song EP, In Both Worlds, Danielle has taken the next step toward fulfilling her dream. Sometimes sassy, sometimes soulful, but always from the heart, In Both Worlds marks a return to her country roots after a successful career in the club music scene. “Growing up In Georgia, I was exposed to so many different great country artists. The passion and emotion of their songs always touched me. I want to be able to create songs that have that kind of impact on people.” Danielle debuted in 2003 performing Faith Hill’s “When the Lights Go Down” live in front of millions on Arsenio Hall’s Star Search. From there, she signed with an independent record label and BIG Management and released Top 40 Dance Singles, “When the Broken Hearted Love Again”, “Kiss the Sky” and “You’ll Always Have Me”. With In Both Worlds, Danielle is taking what she has learned during her time in the industry and getting back to her true musical roots as a country artist. “From the very beginning, I have felt that country music was where my heart was. This record means so much to me because it is all mine. I chose the songs, and I was able to write music about my life and about things that touch me.”
