I strive to offer some great resources for musicians, and most of all, I would like to connect with you. :) All boring intros aside, I'm a 26-year-old Christian musician from Alberta, Canada. I was born in Camrose and I currently reside in Calgary of the same province, which is rather serendipitous considering I grew up in Japan. Yes, I am fluent in Japanese! I have always enjoyed music, and grew up listening to J-Rock groups like B'z and Chage&Aska. My parents also had incredibly great taste in music, exposing me to a variety of bands like Chicago, The Carpenters, "Weird Al" Yankovic, Daniel Amos, Michael Card, Paul Simon, Simon & Garfunkel… okay, you get the idea. All these artists have no doubt had an impact on my music, but I'll leave that to your imagination. I released my first solo album, Shipwrecked... My Sentiments in September 2006 and people loved it so much that I’ve sold well under 500 copies. But hey, all joking aside I'm really proud of that album, and I've got a lot more music on the way! I'm also playing guitar in a band called Angels Breaking Silence and if you're a young gun with an affection for the post-punk scene, then that's where you need to be!
