Eboy, Eric Tompoe was born to Mr and Mrs Tompoe. The family moved from Liberia to the USA in search for a better life for their family. Working parents they are, they moved to Trenton, NJ. Eboy, Eric Tompoe was born to Mr and Mrs Tompoe. The family moved from Liberia to the USA in search for a better life for their family. Working parents they are, they moved to Trenton, NJ. There Eric engage in normal life like going to school and working. He had always had music on his mind while growing up and the USA was the perfect place. Growing listing to Jay-z, Nas, Biggy, he favors the hip hop and RnB genre the most. Freshment year of high school he officially became member of LIB Fly Boys, a click that features Liberian upcoming rappers. In this group he was recognized as E-boy. In 2004 he was introduced by a close friend to former Trenton rap artist/producer, FEJ who had just moved to California to run an indie label. August 2004 FEJ received a package from Trenton and in it was a three track demo. The following week, a call was made and after two months a deal was on the table making E-boy the third artist to sign a contract to the new indie label, Affable Records. Affable records had E-boy in the studio working on an introductional single feat. FEJ, 'Get Crunk In Here'. The streets were on fire and the song was a hit. His biggest task was yet to come after the press release of an album tittled It's My Time for 2005. With a lot to handle, the new label had two previous album to and promote, so E-boy's project was set for 2008 instead. Late 2007 E-boys fans got the first taste of the album. It was really his time, after releasing two hot singles the album became the best African hip hop album of 2008, number 89 on the West African Chart and is moving it's way up on the South African top 20. Affable's FEJ is famous for his 2 time # 1 on the top 20.
