About Kyle Richardson

Starting at a very young age of two Kyle starting playing piano, by the age of four he was backing up his uncle Lee Richardson at fiddling contest. Kyle was born into a musically talented family and has fond memories of great kitchen parties. Watching his father play guitar grabbed his interest, at eight years old, after some basic cords taught by his father, He exploded from there. Kyle kept an open mind, his motto was, “there is something to learn in every style of music, you just have to open your mind and listen”. He went on to enjoy playing many styles of music. Kyle has played in various rock and country bands. He had his most success playing with Gary Sappier Experience. Opening up for acts like Canada’s classic rock group Trooper and penning the lyrics to the single "South Train" for Gary Sappier, earning Gary an ECMA nomination in 2003. Currently Kyle is working on his first studio release and is playing in an Acoustic Duo " Half Snapped". Keep your heads up for a promising CD to be released by Kyle Richardson in the near future.
