Four years after their first band practice, Fairgreen continues to play the music they love to play. Through their musical transformation, and the passing of their teenage years, they've shown no signs of slowing down. With high hopes and complete confidence, only time will tell where they end up. Fairgreen began as a four piece band, drawing influence from bands such as Thursday, Thrice, and Saosin. But as time went by and their ideas began to form differently, a more Pop Rock feel began to develope. Their first cd "When You Come Back Home" successfully created a local following, but that wasnt enough to satisfy the group. They knew they could do better, and that would soon become the driving force behind their next 2 years. Soon after the addition of Frank Hendrickson, they scheduled studio time with Lou Rubino of Storyside B to record their new songs, with their new sound. This time around, they drew influences from bands such as Relient K, Anberlin, and Fall Out Boy. The reaction from their fans was all the motivation they needed to keep writing in this new direction. A few months down the road they went back into the studio with Nick Baumhart of Thousand Foot Krutch. Two months later they began work on new tracks with Dan Muckala (Backstreet Boys, Casting Crowns). Over 250 shows, and countless CDs later, Fairgreen continues to build what they started years ago. With a sure confidence that they will soon find a label to call home, you can expect to hear more about Fairgreen in the days to come. Through 2008 - Present, Fairgreen has been able to share the stage with acts such as Mayday Parade, Storyside B, John Reuben, The Bigger Lights, Leeland, Julian Drive, Charlotte Sometimes, Edison Glass, The High Court, Armor for Sleep, Steel Train, and The Wedding.
