The core of all music comes from creative elements. Also known as the ability to create feelings, a single note can become a main selling point. We, “Find me fighting them”, are band of people who determine worth from the strength of our musicianship. While sitting in class, or preforming our normal job retained duties, only one thing is running though our minds: the next note we will play, sing or write. As we watch our current music scene deplete to become nothing more than a repertoire of musicians who feel drive based upon success, we are always holding true to the most pure form of inspiration and standards; if the music is written exceptionally well, all other elements will naturally fall into place. FMFT was officially a band in July of 2005, under the soon to be changed name of “Audrey is a narcissist.” Through the years we've played a pretty good handful of shows, lost and gained some members, and made our share of mistakes. From our first hand experiences we learned many valuable aspects about music and being in the industry as an artist, or artists. In July of 2007, We changed our name to “Find Me Fighting Them.” We felt that with our new outlook, new defining style and solid lineup it would be best to have a fresh start. Recently, FMFT has been writing and demoing everything to insure it's exactly what we want our music to convey. All this has been done in 2 places, our local practice spot in Vacaville,CA and my (Jeff-Vocals/Guitar) home studio, “tws recordings”. This process has been long, but we feel it is ultimately the best way to make every note count.
