I was never into this “being a fan” thing. But I guess that listen always the same songs from the same albums from the same artist, and badly reproduced them singing around, should be what we call a “fan”. So say I’m a fan, a fan of Gavin Degraw. I’ll not too overate GDG otherwise it would sound anything other than I want it to sound... :P But his albums are a perfect alchemy between happy/funny (Chariot, In love with a Girl), sad (Cheated on me, Crush) and thinking (I don’t wanna be, Meaning, Relative) moments we all might have in life. All this alchemy is exploited under the sign of honesty and sincerity. And that’s what I like in Gavin: his simple, talented, never vulgar neither ashamed... He can make boys or girls, mens or women, sing, dance, and he makes that even if do not know what music his singing. Its a phenomenon that happens all over the world, I can tell... :P I may not be your number 1 fan, but I’m your best fan. :D Keep it up Gavin. See you in paris!

I really wish i knew about your contest earlier, because every contestant would not even compare to how much i adore you and your music. I have every song you've ever recored on my iTunes and you are the reason I write music and play piano. You are the most incredible songwriter i've ever listened too(which is a lot) and you deserve every ounce of fame you've received. If i ever got to meet you I'd probably just pass out because words can't even explain how much your music touches my soul. You're music is not only inspiring but its also beautiful and your voice is the greatest I've ever heard. Gavin, I am your biggest fan. With all my heart and soul, your music is AMAZING and a breath of fresh air. You have true talent. and i aspire to be as good as you one day. I'm so disappointed i missed out on this contest because i promise you I am your biggest fan. and hopefully that didn't sketch you out because yeah hah
