George is a Garage Rock band with Folk and Pop elements.
It’s members are Edu Guimarães, (vocal and drums), João Madrid (acoustic guitar, melodica and backing vocals), Bruno Siffredi (bass, vocal and backing vocals) and Filippo Cecilio (guitar).
Madrid and Guimarães formed George in the summer of 2003, in São Paulo. The two met in another band, quickly found a great chemistry and began to write songs together. After going through some line-ups, Siffredi e Cecilio joined the group.

The band took form, emerging with a mix of pop melodies, influences from the sixties and punk rock dismissal.
A self-titled EP was recorded live during rehearsals in 2008.
