G.I.F.T. (God’s Instrument for Tomorrow) was born in Washington Heights NYC on March 4th, 1989, of Dominican descent. He spent most of his toddler years in NY, until his family figured there was too much violence in the neighborhood. So they packed up their bags and headed to New Jersey. For most of his adolescent years G.I.F.T. struggled with self hate and depression. He was so confused on who he was as a person or even if he was going to be someone in the future. Many thoughts of suicide and self infliction came across his mind. For many years this young man ran and fell into different relationships with woman he never loved nor cared. Pornography, alcohol, and drugs quickly began to be used as a motive to escape from his void. All his life he thought deep inside that he was worthless and that no good could ever come out of him. Yet through all of the things he put himself and his family through, Jesus still had grace and mercy over his life. When he was 18 years old, he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. A year later he released his first mixtape called "Driven By Faith" later being followed by his first debut album called "The Open Letter". Which was released December 12th, 2009. He is currently working on various projects as far as his 2nd debut album entitled "Paid In Full" & a mixtape alongside with His brother Freedom called "Dear World Vol. 2" Hosted by DjIROCKJESUS. Nothing is going to stop this young man from reaching these souls. It is all for the glory of the one and only GOD who rescued Him from depravity.
