Hirst Street Studios

HIRST STREET STUDIOS is a small home occupation operation with a big studio attitude. The music and sounds presented by HIRST STREET STUDIOS is created by artists and friends of the studio or myself, Gene Scearce. I am a home recording hobbyist striving to improve my music and recording skills in order to help other artists get their creations heard. After 34 years of working in a warehousing and materials management environment, I have decided to move on to my passion for music as a guitarist trying to improve my craft along with learning the ins and outs of the recording business short of becoming a full blown record label. If this adventure becomes more like work, I will give it up. My desire is to keep my interest in music fun and enjoyable.
