I Insist is a 5-Piece metal band dedicated to technicality, brutality, melody, and dissonance. Formed at Greenville College in Illinois, members of I Insist have united from states to the east, midwest, and south (NY, MO, and TX). With heavy influences from bands like After the Burial, Animals as Leaders, and August Burns Red, I Insist has become a formidable onslaught of relentless, prog-tech aggression.
