Sweet and quirky Jacqui Ryan is a Brisbane based singer/songwriter, who infuses her unbelievably smooth angelic vocals with both modern country and pop genres.   Along with her hunger for songwriting, Jacqui is one hell of a seasoned performer. Starting dance at the age of 3 – one could easily see that Jacqui was born to be on the stage. At age 12 however, music took over and Jacqui hasn’t looked back   Growing up on the same Australian Country Music festival circuit that started Grammy Award winner Keith Urban’s stellar career; Jacqui understands the terms ‘do your time’ and ‘hard work’. With a strong will and a feisty determination it’s safe to say she will continue along this path until she’s reached her dreams.   Jacqui released her self funded EP ‘A Moment in Time’ in 2007; having two songs short-listed for the highly anticipated Twilight Saga: New Moon Soundtrack in 2009. August 2010 saw Jacqui once again release a self funded recording – this time, her debut full length album ‘Break Through’. ‘Break Through’ is receiving great reviews from fans and industry folk alike. One fan in particular – Hollywood Celebrity Reporter for Australia’s Sunrise TV program Nelson Aspen, even likening Jacqui’s voice to a cross between Olivia Newton-John and Carrie Underwood.   Jacqui Ryan truly is an amazing artist.
