JD Spoon is a solo acoustic folk/punk artist, Just buy the music so he can afford to take your girl on a date.
He released his solo album Acoustic Suicide in May 2010. JD Spoon has also been on a split CD with Riot Grrl Band from Dallas " The Loosies". He has also recorded music as a member of Responsible Johnny that included an EP - Bored and part of a full length Volume #23 as well as being included on a compilation CD to benefit Lance from J-Church and Cringer. That CD was sold at Hot Topic nationwide.
He has an odd take on life and music. He songs are about girls, anger, drugs, star wars and of course sex.
There is truly nothing like Cats For Breakfast in Texas.
Acoustic Suicide is a full length album that is very personal. JD Spoon only writes about what he knows: Humor, Anger Animals, Drinking and Girls.
