Joe is a guitarist/singer/songwriter - was born in Angola situated in the sub-Saharan Africa to Portuguese parents and live in the UK for many years where he completed two doctorates and runs his own Counselling practice, based in the South East of the Country. Here is just Joe and part of his world and story. Joe lived in Angola, South Africa, Sierra Leona, Portugal, Spain and over the years Joe palyed with many friends and musicians from around the world, in churches, bands, Bars, Streets and Remar International. Joe is quite a versatile person being able to sing in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Jock Gomez, Adrian Clements, Danny Pendergast, Magic Slim, E. Clapton and Fernando Garcia are probably Joe's best mates and together they wrote many songs since 1973 at least. Joe Clatter Neves has been connected to Remar Spain for many years and is a very close friend of D. Miguel Diez (Founder). Joe today is a participating member of REMAR INTERNATIONAL. Remar Association and the Band Mission (Mision in spanish); Humanitarian Association to witch Joe Neves still connected after years living, recivering and working with them. Joe and his firm also gives support to Remar International, WWF-Panda, Wildlife Trusts, Oceana and Greenpeace.
