Johnathan David has had both hands in the Music Industry for over a decade. Johnathan David has had both hands in the Music Industry for over a decade. Nicknamed “the Mechanic” for his ability to repair, construct, & rejuvenate music or as he calls it being “constantly under the hood.” Johnathan got his first big break at the age of 16 playing drums for Former Motown Recording Artist “Tim Miner”. By the age of 18, he had completed one U.S tour, and a full European tour with Integrity’s highly respected “Ron Kenoly”. Before the age of 20, the Multi Musician/Songwriter and Producer had already produced and written dozens of songs, and played on 3 albums. H89p[ Between 2001 – 2009, Johnathan made a name for himself in San Diego,CA taking on local projects, City events, P.R work for local artist, studio gigs, live concerts, and A&R work. His collaboration list of recognized as well as un-discovered talent continues to grow (see artists section) With a collaborations and live gig list ranging from new unsigned local talent to producing vocal arrangements for signed European artists to playing live gigs with Bebe Winans, Hammer, Kenoly Brothers, Darlene Zscech, T-bone, Amy Grant, and many more… 2011 is a break-out year for Johnathan. Establishing J.David-Music, working on his first solo project, and breaking into the mainstream as a legitimate songwriter/producer.
