Julain

Julain is twenty seven, a leo, who was born and bred in Savanna-la-mar Jamaica with an overwhelming passion for singing and the arts.
She started singing at a very young age in the church choir, since then she has done a host of live gigs, background vocals in the studio and on stage for popular Jamaican artist such as Queen Ifrica and Jimmy Riley to name a few and she was also a member of the acclaimed fourth street sistas.
Julain has now embarked on a solo venture and has just completed her first project, her self-titled debut album which was produced by Mojosoniq's super musician and arranger Lee "Xanadu" Holness and the rest of the Mojosoniq's crew MK on Bass, Darien on drums and Shantidoll for harmonies.
As an artist Julain loves to explore the different music genres but her music is deeply rooted in her native reggae music and as she so eloquently states “I most definitely refuse to be boxed in but I will remain grounded to my culture”.She feels that she has paid her dues in the music business and is now ready to take the world by storm with her cool persona, Tantalizing vocal skills, a well produced album and her new management company Marangra Entertainment behind her.
The sky is the limit for this beautiful and talented young songstress.
