KAT’LEE JONES DOWN-TO-EARTH AND SOARING HIGH Kat’Lee Jones is a singer-songwriter from Belgium, now making her living in Nashville, TN. Her music can best be described as a mixture between country and americana, with a strong influence of traditional country. She has been singing in various doing various styles of music, from originals to covers and from rock to country. In fact, she discovered her knack for country a few years ago and immediately set off to write her own collection of songs that suit her and her voice best. Her live performances are intimate, out-going, dynamic and energetic. Whether she plays an acoustic set in front of just a handful of listeners or a major stage in front of thousands, she always delivers a strong performance, wowing her audience with her passionate voice and songs that tell about life and love, Kat”Lee turns every performance into an event you won’t forget. While visiting Nashville in August of 2007 she discovered where her heart and home is. A performance at the world famous’ Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge during that first visit to Nashville left a big impression to all that attended and word spread around fast. It was that impression that earned her an invitation to perform at 2008’s annual CMA’s Global Artist Night, the official kick off of the CMA Music Fest, Country Music’s Biggest Party. Again she wowed her audience and it was then and there that Kat”lee knew where she really belonged: in Nashville TN, Music City USA, home of Country Music. Thus she decided to move to Nashville to be where she felt home. However, being as modest and down-to-earth as she is, she will not forget the audience that was there from the beginning and she has vowed to return to Europe a few times a year to keep in touch with her European fans and make new fans as well. For this she was on the look-out for a company that takes care of her European dates. It was during a live performance at the country radio show “Nashville” on Streekomroep START early July 2008, that she mentioned she was looking for a European agency. As it happened, the show host, Richard Lamers, was working out his plans for establishing a management company and in return mentioned this to Kat”lee. One thing led to another and now Kat’Lee Jones has found a home with Bold Unicorn Entertainment as her agency and management for Europe. Bold Unicorn Entertainment has committed itself to taking care of Kat”Lee Jones’ European concerts as well as taking care of raising her name to bigger fame. Kat’Lee Jones is available for acoustic performances in a small setting as well as a full band appearances on bigger stages and festivals.
