Good stuff! Please check out my rendition of In The Air Tonight originally done by Phill Collins. Please leave me a comment and feel free to critique. Thanks, Bernard Everett "Keep it Lovely"
Thanks for the kind comments on 'Dream On'...that's definitely my cup of tea...I actually began singing at age 13. 'Beth' by KISS was my first attempt at singing live.. I started singing high-pitched stuff by the end of HS and in college I could alreaddy hit the higher registers. Now that I'm older, I want to sing <grave> lower, you know, kind of like Coverdale of Whitesnake, but I can still get up there. I'm gonna get back into the studdio here pretty quick...antes que se apague la chispa! In reference to your bio, I agree, the Hammond organ is soooo killer, no se compara con nada.
You heard 'Te Sigo Amando' too, huh? Well you can't go wrong with a JuanGa tune. I hope I did it justice. You're the first to comment and I appreciate it. I work hard on my music, and my first CD is still in the works, I'm actually more of a rock singer, but I think I'm versatile enough to do anything. I was actually in a Tejano band at one time andd we used to play stuff by Mazz, ever heard of them? Anyway, I like Camilo Sesto and Emmanuel. A friendd of mine, Gerardo Lopez, came out third in Emilio Estefan's "Voces de America" a couple of years back. I'm gonna tell him about this site. Listen to my rock stuff. My band's name is Exodus A.D., we do a version of Aerosmith's 'Dream On'.
Thank you for the positive comment, Kephas. You have a very extensive bio. I actually recorded this song for my wife...it was an anniversary gift. I have made 'Europa' one of my favorites, the band that played at our wedding played it and your version is awesome. What a song. The meloddy is magical. I remember getting a recorder, you know, a flute-like instrument at a party when I was a kid and trying to make it soundd like something, anything, a tune, you know? I think that guitar players are like Magellan or Columbus in that respect, a ver que encuentro, you know? I think Carlos was a lot like you and me in that respect. Good luck and thanks again, I hope I get to see you live sometime.
In Him
