Giaquinto Thurston a.k.a Lil Bread
Who was born in Fort Lauderdale,Fl in April of 84''. Suffering from a separated marriage. His father moved The kids south to a section called Liberia in Hollywood,Fl in the early 90's. Where the streets eventually consumed Giaquinto a.k.a Lil Bread. Gathering points in the Broward County juvenile system. Bread was sent to the adult county jail in 2000 at 16".In an out of Lauderdale main jail & was in prison by 17".
Thats where music came into play. I Remember going prison dorm 2 prison dorm. Battling for soups & chips. Soap & Deodorant. We wanted all in the prison walls. "Bread says", taking a drag off his newpor
Finally released from prison in "2004" Bread moved back To Liberia & back to the basics. South Florida was becoming a down fall in the projects. An one day ring, ring, ring. It was something like a blessing. My folks was asking me to move to Sav, Ga..... "Yes, was my only option",Bread said
Within a year he was rolling, fully independent. Building his self around music thats positive & based on his life in Georgia & Florida
"Bring something to the table Poppi",Lil Bread says. "Hear me out". "My blood sweat & tears". "My heart break in the process of love". Bread says
"I wish they can hear all the tracks"." See all the moves of staying free,but thats impossible" ,Bread says. 'They can only eat what I have to share', he says..........
