LIL' DUDE NEW SINGLE IS DROPPING SOON. . . Good Things come in small packages, and even greater things come in Lil’ Dude. Born Micah Brown in Detroit, Mich., this young man lives, breathes, and exudes all of the mechanics for a successful career in the entertainment industry; one with creative direction, and longevity. Beginning his love affair with hip-hop, at the mere age of four, by six years old, Lil’ Dude was leaving audiences amazed with his high energy performances at local venues, open mic nights, special school programs, non-profit events, and music festivals through out his home town of Milwaukee, Wis. With a vision to maximize his talents and take advantage of groundbreaking opportunities, at the age of nine, Lil’ Dude and his family moved to Atlanta, GA. He began working as a hip-hop and spoken word artist, amidst a thriving acting and modeling career. Lil’ Dude quickly became acquainted with industry professionals as he landed a major voice over commercial with Hillshire Farms, which airs on urban radio across America primarily during “The Steve Harvey Show”. In addition to that, he has a regional PSA spot for Blue Cross Blue Shield in the state of Tennessee. He also made the cover of Scholastic Magazine and appeared in Cartoon Network’s “Cartoon Fridays”, and Andre Benjamin’s of the multi-platinum, Grammy Award winning group Outcast, hit cartoon, Class of 3000 red carpet event. Currently, Lil' Dude hosts a radio show in Atlanta, Ga called Lil' Dude presents: Just Kidding Radio on Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m. Even at a young age, Lil’ Dude grew socially conscious, and realizing his community obligations, became an active volunteer for the Hands on Atlanta Organization. His diligent work in the Atlanta area paved way for national economic activism; one of the only children to be placed on a Stop the Violence Movement Campaign with legendary Hip-Hop MC and Social Equality Activist, KRS-One.  As a milestone accomplishment, Lil’ Dude has been featured and contributed to the creation of a PSA for the U.S. Department of Justice. Lil’ Dude is also the co-founder of a non-profit organization, MIKAH, Inc. (Mothers, Infants, and Kids Achieving Heights) and sees this as his way of assisting those less fortunate than himself. In September 2008, Lil’ Dude was recognized by Georgia's US Senator Nan Orrock for his community involvement and professional accomplishments. Lil’ Dude continues to excel as a professional as well as a student where he maintains a 4.0 grade point average. Now, you will not find another young individual like Lil’ Dude, who has the drive, ambition, and self-business sense that he has instilled in him. He has already performed for audiences of over 20,000, including Summerfest, the world’s largest musical festival, where he performed alongside Grammy winning group Arrested Development. Recently, Lil’ Dude landed a continuous child character role as “Brandon,” in BET’s Smash Television Series, “Somebodies”. Lil' Dude has performed alongside prominent poets such as Abyss, Georgia ME, Dasha Kelly, Dan Vaughn and many more. He also performed at The Russell Simmons Sponsored, Pioneers Block Party for The Kids of the South Bronx, held at the legendary Moore Houses Park, Near Segwick Avenue, in the birthplace of Hip-hop. Just that exposure alone has paved way for Lil’ Dude’s own mixtape, “Class In Session,” hosted by DJ Kutt Throat and executive produced by M2S Entertainment. He is sure to be Hip-Hop’s Next Generation! Musically, he is reaching even higher. In January 2008, he opened for the renowned R&B diva, Patti LaBelle, and Grammy Award winning soul artist, John Legend with a group of Atlanta’s premier teen talents.
