About Lily Wilson
Lily Wilson grew up out in the country in Napa, California. Having sung in choirs throughout school, her music career started when she moved to Spain for a year at nineteen. While there she was inspired by the Flamenco music coming from the gypsy caves above the city, and the Moroccan music that filled her neighborhood. She performed on street corners, tea shops, and clubs all over Andalusia.
Now based in Los Angeles, Lily has released four CDs. She won the L.A. Music Awards "Female Vocal of the Year" in the AC category for her new song, "A Little Life," which is featured on her latest release, "The Right Time." She also lends her voice to other artists’ projects, and has sung with John Batdorf, Alison Krauss, Kenny Loggins, Patty Griffin, and Melissa Etheridge.
