Moon Visionaries have been going from strength to strength since Steve Lamacq featured them on his BBC 6 Music radio show as his "Unsigned Band Of The Week" in June 2010. Since then the NME has named them "Breakthrough Band Of The Day" and Q Magazine have featured the band's song, Mr. Hollywood, as their "Track Of The Day". Steve Lamacq, BBC6 Music: "You get to a certain stage when you're listening to demos, and there are themes that emerge. There's music of a certain time, and bands begin to sound a certain way. But there's really something very soulful about what you do. There's something quite cosmopolitan about this sound."
