Where Creativity meets Independence
Music Club “Mogul” is the brainchild of Surge Mogul, music industry veteran and entrepreneur. With his partners Vova Mogul as Musical Director and Shadow Sky, as head of the booking department, the club is booking and promoting local artists and bands as well International acts.
As it can be seen from Grammies 2009, half of the winners were Indie Artists. Club “Mogul” supports this trend. The high standard of music performances and pro-artists environment establishes “Mogul” club as a new leading force on the Hollywood Scene.
The Mission:
The mission of music club “Mogul” is to empower individual Artists and Bands on a path of mastering the Music Industry Secrets, enhance the quality of their music life experiences and facilitate the realization of their unlimited creative potential and goals for success, through providing a place where Artists and Bands can network, get education, jam and perform their music.
Located in the heart of Hollywood, on Fairfax Ave, this 250 people capacity venue, with ample free parking and delicious, exotic Russian cousin, big patio for smokers and great, energizing live music, it is an ideal place to spend an evening with friends, to nourish the spirit with “Soul Food” and the body with spirits of drinks. Mogul is a meeting ground for artists and musicians, where creative ideas being born, friendships being struck and the Muses of Music rock.
Each night gives an opportunity for different styles and genres to be expressed in its best.
Monday - Singers/Songwriters "Create" Nite, - 8:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Tuesday - Pro-Jam, Tribute/Cover Bands Nite - 8:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Wednesday - Platinum Divas Live! Nite - 8:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Thursday - Blues, Blues/Rock, Funk Nite - 8:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Sunday - Pop, Rock, Indie Rock, World - 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Top notch bands and musicians discovering the club to be very comfortable and its management attentive to their needs. International bands finding it appealing to book themselves at Mogul’s as management, being themselves Indie artists, is very easy to work with. It looks like “Mogul” is becoming an Indies Mecca.
The Deal:
No guarantee fee. No minimum draw. No pre-sale tickets. Cover charge: $10.00. Artist/Band gets 70% from the door. Above 50 people – 75%, above 100 – 80%. The deal is good for 3 months, starting on March 1st.
