MUZIK MOBB (Mindz On Big Business) is a hip hop group straight out of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota under the new COOL'N FLY CULTURE label. The group consists of 4 artists by the names of J-Heat, Young Trigga, Fre$hman, and Zee Zee. Each possessing their own style, character, and background but a common mindset to make GOOD music for everyone from the streets to the 'burbs, and back. So who is Muzik Mobb and what's their story? These four highly skilled and motivated men were long friends before the forming of the group. Since their younger years, each held a great passion and love for music, but society brought them to believe it was only a pipe dream. By keeping their minds on business and wanting to help out others, Zee Zee and J-Heat ventured off to start their own business. At the same time, Fre$hman was in the army reserves and Young Trigga was just a junior in high school. J-Heat soon would get access to a small recording studio and meet up with the others to record out of the love for music. Once together and recording for the first time, they realized that they had a natural creative chemistry that would push them to form Muzik M.O.B.B., which is an acronym for (Mindz on Big Business). Not only do they want to make a name for themselves, but they also want to give the Twin Cities a musical identity. One thing that greatly influenced Muzik Mobb to recording music again is the lack of lyrical content throughout the mainstream. “They're used to precipitation, I'm a make the sun rise,” as stated by J-Heat in the song “Grindin'.” They're driven to give the fans real music that they can relate to and still move to. For them, this is just the beginning. Expect great things from the crew.
