September 2, 1962, Kelly started singing and song-writing long before she was born, during Labor Day weekend, Kelly Coyne was born in Brookpark, Ohio, she is the daughter of George & JoAnn Coyne.  God chosen Kelly to make something of herself with Platinum curly blonde hair and a smile on her face. September 2, 1962, Kelly started singing and song-writing long before she was born, during Labor Day weekend, Kelly Coyne was born in Brookpark, Ohio, she is the daughter of George & JoAnn Coyne.  God chosen Kelly to make something of herself with Platinum curly blonde hair and a smile on her face. Kelly is here to make people laugh, cry, get angry, talk about her singing. Not all people like her singing, but it hasn't stopped Kelly from becoming with a heart of life.  In 1965, her grandmother taught her how to sing a song called "Lenna, Lenna, Leppakerttu" in finnish. The song goes like this: Lenna, lenna Leppakerttuison kiven juureensiella on sun aitis isaskeittaa sulle puuroo In 1969, A seven year old with a background in piano, started piano lessons from her grandmother. In 1974, By the time she was twelve, Kelly had a dozen of songs and the piano was the only key to put her songs in melodies that people could understand. Kelly's first song she ever did is called "Summer Play" and still has the song to this day written in pencil. In 1992 - 1993, Kelly started Freestyling Hip Hop and to this day she hasn't lost the hype! Rappers from New York, California and everywhere around the United States were surprised that a 30 year old woman could freestyle like that. She was up against the biggest rappers, including Tupac Shakur, Wutang Clan, Ice Cube, Too Short, T-Spoon and many other underground rappers. She met Tupac Shakur, when he was visiting his friends in New York, four years later Tupac Shakur died and she lost a good friend, this brought her music closer to which it should of happened years before. In 2007, She rekindled her singing to a deeper, yet softer melody with help from her cousin. He taught Kelly how to put her songs on the guitar. "the Band" Sapphyres', consist of:Carol Kissinger - Backup Vocals, Bass, was in a former underground band while living in Atlanta, Georgia. Marie Smith - Backup Vocals, has worked with Gregg Coyne's band(Kelly's baby brother). Edward Lennard - Drums, Percussion Glen Saunders - Trumpet Richard Kissinger - Backup Vocals, Steel Guitar, was in a former underground band while living in Memphis, TN. Seriously, If someone tries to stop her from fulfilling her dream, she tells them to bug off. In June, 2012, Kelly was chosen by Chrysler Group LLC, Auburn Hills, MI in Dodge Inspired by You Contest for her song "I wanna do bad things with you", check out their Facebook page and listen to her song. In May, 2012, she released Praise Jesus (Psalms 21:5) EP album on Reverbnation, you may purchase the entire EP digital album in her store for $9.99. In January, 2012, she was chosen to Hard Rock Rising 2012, Cleveland, Ohio, one of her songs called "Take 23 I wanna make you" was chosen even through Kelly didn't win she was glad to be apart of this.... In September, 2011, she was featured on Harry Versluijs Video called "AJAR(HD)"... In 2010, she was featured on Corpse Circus Album "Some Assembly Required" song called "Why you talking shit remix"... In 2008 - 2009, she was featured several times on Independent Music Network and received high scores..With a hand-held keyboard and 10 song EP in the middle of the winter in 2012, had to bum rides on the local bus at $1.00 a ride to take her to visit the local bars and music stores that taught music lessons. That didn't stop her when she got home, she began looking in telephone book and online for addresses of music companies that would take 2 cents to listen to her sing. Her roots are uplifting elements from eclectic origins and unites the musical influences and talents into a cross-culture all around and decided to focus in on what was most important to her making music. Kelly is Amazing crowd pleaser, has worked with Richard Kissinger's band, many other singers too..
