Nosweat born Andre Jackson of Mobile Alabama grew up deeply rooted in music. His Father a saxophone player and Mother a singer kept music around the growing young man. At the age of 10 he discovered hip-hop by listening to artist like Kurtis Blow, Run-Dmc, The Fat Boys, Salt & Pepa to name a few but the culture didn't really hit him until he heard Big Daddy Kane and Boggie Down Production thats when he started rapping. At the age of 10 he discovered hip-hop by listening to artist like Kurtis Blow, Run-Dmc, The Fat Boys, Salt & Pepa to name a few but the culture didn't really hit him until he heard Big Daddy Kane and Boggie Down Production thats when he started rapping. Freestyling was natural to him so thats what he did until he found out that these artist he adored so much write their lyrics so he started writing but with his freestyle ability he engaged in battles, Now the thing about his battles is he never lost one so his name grew as one of the most talented rappers in the city.All of a sudden a high demand for his shows became a factor so he started doing live freestyle shows for Rave parties along with Solomon Grundy (Ovasane) and Number 1 D.J. Nick@Nite of WBLX.After a long and hard year of doing shows the company he was signed to (Hitt House Enterprize) signed the first distrubution deal that Alabama ever heard of with Nile Rodgers (Chic) company Sumthing Distrubution. Nosweat helped with the first Project to come out on a major market St.Louis Confessions of a Hustler album after put on the back burner for his own project Nosweat was introduced to Legendary D.J. K-Rock of M.C. Lyte fame by Nick @ Nite at a show he was performing at. The world famous hip-hop D.J. was very impressed and took the Southern M.C. under his wing. Getting great reviews from California and other places around the U.S. Nosweat is making preparations to make history with his album (My Autobiography) and show the world that southern Hip-Hop does belong here.So finally what the people deserve to hear is here Nosweat Da Fitted Cap King. In a recent interview promoting his Mixtape Operation Street Lockdown (vol. 2 Da Movement) Nosweat said I'm not doing this for myself I have a squad and a family depending on me to do this music and I can't stop until my music is in the masses and people love and respect what I'm doing. Kids today don't know what Hip-Hop is and its up to us to show em and support them.
