Formed in early 2008 rooted firmly in black metal Orthrus combine their like minded influences of 80’s thrash and death metal into a mix of there own.In 2008 the band released "Tyrants of Deception" and signed to Metalhit.com Record's. The band made a lasting impression with this release receiving impressive reviews by Critics. In 2009 the band released two promo tracks for there upcoming album "TBA"
