Biography ...2001 Martin Baumann (drums) and Nick Müller (guitar) played together for about six years with «The Alienist». When the singer and the bass player left the Band, they started a new project. Barbara Brawand, the new singer joined them in spring 2001, and P A L E was born. Few months later, Chili joined as well to play the bass. ...2002 The first success was a concert at an art exhibition in Zürich. Also the first Demo CD «Forgotten Tales» was recorded at Pale home-studios. ...2005 In the meanwhile the sound had changed from Gothic Rock/Alternative into Gothic Metal with also Folk influences. To fullfil the change in that direction, a new demo needed to be produced. In February 2005, the work to «Beneath the tree of wisdom» was finished. With that step, Chili left the band due to a lack of time and for professional reasons. Mäcka joined the band as Chili's successor. …2006 Another demo album «Aeternitas» was redorded and finished in February 2006. …2007 In February we entered the 123Studios in Wetzikon Zurich, to record a professional 3-Track-single in cooperation with producer Daniel Theis. And also in February Günter Lins joined the band as a second guitar player. ...2008 We played our first gig abroad in Prague! What great and important experience. After that, we retreated to our band room in order to work on the preproduction for our 2009 coming debut album. But unfortunately there are also some bad news this year: Günter decided to leave the band in order to spend more time with his job. Right now, nobody is playing the second guitar and we are looking for a successor.
