Needless to say, the disc is very emotional. Introducing Phil Marshall’s newest full-length album, Magnolia, of the four albums that Phil has completed, this one fits his personal style the most. ‘The new Album delivers bright, guitar-heavy, melodic pop with Phil’s high vocals giving a shoe-gazing quality to a record that is as introverted as it is grandiose’ Matt Elliott, Tulsa World. Tulsa, Oklahoma “Phil is funny, energetic, unpretentious, captivating & charming, Phil takes you with him on a musical journey from heartfelt ballads to high energy rock that pulls you out of your seat, all the while sharing hilarious back-story’s that leave a smile on your face long into the night.” (Sharon, PA) "Phil’s music is deeply personal it covers his passions, beliefs, issues, & struggles on his journey so far. His songs are quirky, idiosyncratic, true, & authentic. His Living Room Concerts are flippin unique, incredibly intimately up close & personal. This music is romantic, yearning, hopeful, & created out of experiences, dreams, encounters, people, adventures, hardships & triumphs of the road”. (Suzanne, NYC) “Phil is real & heartfelt, he has a presence on stage as the likeable guy next door with the whole package of great emotional timbre & sensitivity played out with a great falsetto, great presence & banter. It was THE MOST awesome experience for a whole lot of reasons.” (Rho, New Jersey)
