Since moving to Los Angeles in 2006 after serving his 4 years in the U.S. military service, Presto came not knowing anything or anybody in the music industry. However, from the hard-working character he naturally is, he has developed, gained respect, buzz and proved not only to be a skilled rapper but as the artist who create's great records & one hell of a business man.
There is no one word that could best describe Presto and no other Hip Hop artist that you can compare him to. Presto like to define his style as, "the no-style style." He is a vivid songwriter, a self-trained sound engineer, and an entrepreneur beyond music with work ethics like no other. Even before securing a film agent, Presto got himself gigs featuring in commercials, jingles, films, & video games! He describes his grind and music as, "gettin' it anyway I can, by just workin hard to make ends..." & "it's not what you hustle, it's how you hustle..."
He has performed from Hollywood to the Philippines stretching his buzz from domestic to international. Aside from music, this young entrepreneurial artist has recently landed a deal with a TV & Film Licensing Agency, and is set to start off his own fitted cap line next year, "The P-Dot Collection." However, Presto's main focus is currently on his up-coming LP, the "Sample Platter" which is currently in production. Expect to hear a lot from Presto in 2010!
