Rachelle showed great natural talent for taking control of the audience, holding the large crowd in the palm of her hand. Her transparency and down-to-earth demeanour won their hearts as she performed her self-penned tunes. Since opening for Nelly Furtado, Rachelle has continued to write prolifically and develop the unique sound that is unmistakably her own. In June 2004, Lynn performed in concert before an audience of 40,000 in the capital city of Iceland on the main stage of Reykjavik's City Centre at a festival celebrating Iceland's National Day of Independence. Being the only artist not born in Iceland to perform at this huge event marked Rachelle as the first international artist in history to perform for the country’s Independence Day. I’ll be there with bells on my ankles! “. She gave an outstanding solo performance accompanying herself with her keyboard receiving a grand applause from the audience. For the last several years Lynn describes her music career as being a “whirlwind”.
