About Rotten Batch

Sandersville, GA

ROTTEN BATCH consists of two cousins from Wilkinson County in Irwington, GA: Grayling J. “Silly Slim” May (25) and Roderick D. “Flomasta Tha Don” Coverson (22). Flo was adopted into Slim’s family at the tender age of 5 months and picked up his skills from Slim and Slim’s younger brother Flame. After being approved by many, Slim and Flame invested in a studio and started writing songs. In 2004 they dropped their first album and gained popularity within surrounding counties in Irwinton. What was to be the start of their successful career soon took a turn for the worse when Flame was incarcerated. Feeling hopeless and turning back to the streets, Slim also found himself incarcerated. Even though Slim and Flame were locked up, Flo continued on with the family dream and worked hard to establish himself as a solo artist. His payoff was the hit “Shawty What It is.” Finally, in 2010 Slim and Flo decided to get together and pursue their music careers full charge, and with that the group ROTTEN BATCH was formed. The single Is That Right is currently available at these music outlets ITunes, Napster, Amazon, and Zune
