They bribed a rock bass player, borrowed Snob Scrillas touring drummer, stole the acoustic guitar off an indie artist to force him in front of the mic and kidnapped a stray guitarist. Seven Steady are thieves in the best sense of the word. They bribed a rock bass player, borrowed Snob Scrillas touring drummer, stole the acoustic guitar off an indie artist to force him in front of the mic and kidnapped a stray guitarist. The spoils of their misappropriated influences gives Seven Steady their sound which is likened to Birds of Tokyo taking the Butterfly Effect and Bodyjar out for a double date and not paying for dinner. The four piece Sydney band has spent the early part of 2009 writing and recording their debut self-titled EP and have already stirred much interest amongst fans and the music community alike.
