Stealing the Skyline Vincent Iorio- Lead Vocals, Lead guitar Bobby Anhalt- Backing Vocals, Piano Emery Ebarle- Backing Vocals, Bass guitar Stealing the Skyline was formed in 2009 by two students of Florida Air Academy in Melbourne Florida. They met in a guitar class junior year (2008), the next day they wrote their first song, which is now called Here I Am. These students’ names were Vincent Iorio and Bobby Anhalt. During the school year the two kept writing until they had enough music for an album. They then began recording their album to start spreading their music. The band started playing out on a weekly basis at open mics, parties, and school events. Soon after they turned to looking for members to complete the band. In November 2010 the band gave the opportunity of playing bass to Emery Ebarle. His first day he played live on the radio with us and fit right in and was exactly what they were looking for. The band is now playing shows around Melbourne increasing its fan base. Stealing the Skyline made its first appearance on the radio in December 2010. They played a live set of 3 songs on 1300 WMEL. Stealing the Skyline is a mainly soft rock band featuring acoustic guitar and piano.
