GROUPIE is composed of three, talented young men repping Cali. They grew up in the suburbs of San Diego and all developed their musical talents at a young age, now only 15 and 16 years old, Pereezy, Jordan J and Steele are ready to make their mark on the music industry.
Three personalities come together to make the perfect blend. Austin a/k/a Steele is an athlete who began playing guitar and writing when he was about 12 years old. Alex a/k/a Pereezy was kind of an outsider in school and got into music to display his creative side. Jordan J started his musical career learning to deejay and then went into production and writing. The three came together a little over eight months ago and formed Super Groupie. All talented musicians and songwriters, they all collaborate on and contribute to all of their songs. The result is a fun mix of high-energy, rap/rock hits that reflect the personalities of these young guys.
SUPER GROUPIE’s musical influences include Shwayze, The Strokes, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, N.E.R.D and range to the simple chord progressions of the Beatles.
Their influences and inspiration range from teen-love angst to hot wings and iced tea and they write about living life and having good times. SUPER GROUPIE is the ultimate Cali band and their music represents the fun, youthful energy, sun and sand of Southern California. SUPER GROUPIE’s audience ranges from young kids to the elderly because of their amazing ability to encompass a wide range of emotions and various topics that everyone can relate to, but at the end of the day the music just makes you feel good!
