TF began as nothing more than a dream for a young Roy Alvarado. Growing up in what many would describe as “the barrio” of south side San Antonio he aspired to create a way to vent the frustrations and hardships that life had handed him as well as be able to show what little beauty graced his life. TF began as nothing more than a dream for a young Roy Alvarado. Growing up in what many would describe as “the barrio” of south side San Antonio he aspired to create a way to vent the frustrations and hardships that life had handed him as well as be able to show what little beauty graced his life. Like many before him Roy chose music as his muse. Enlisting his best friend's, CoreyMurray, to become the voice of TF, and Aaron Granado on drums the band was born. It was shortly after creating their first two songs “Your Suffering” and “Gentle Steps” that the band recruited Juan Chavez on bass and back up vocals. Though the band went on to play many shows and began to build a name for themselves they were still missing something. It was the Induction of Sonny Uresti on guitars that finally completed the sound and feeling that the band desired. Unlike most bands, Temporary Forever's members each pull from different influences spanning across many different genres. Creating a blend of music that transcends today's standards of metal and hardcore.
