In Diamond Bar, CA In 1982 a group of teenage kids started recording songs tape deck to tape deck creating a make shift 4 track recorder. We called the project THE HP CONNECTION. For "Hippie Punk" since some of us listened to Led Zep and AC/DC and some to THE SEX PISTOLS and THE CLASH. We used soda bottles change jars for musical instruments.
