The Grand Finale

Hello. My name is Patrick. My discovery of music arrived in the 8th grade. As a child, I was overweight, and I needed something in my life to concentrate on. While all my other classmates were experiencing what it was like to get to first base, I was learning how to manipulate my fingers to play basic chord progressions. Eventually I grew very, very tall and all that "baby fat" disappeared, however, my affinity for music merely increased.

I have played in numerous bands in the last quarter-century and will continue to play in the future. Although I would like to pursue an exciting career in music, I also value education. I have performed with a few bands that gained some minor recognition, most notably As Patient Stars Align.

I will be attending medical school, starting in 2009, but will do my best to continue writing and recording music. Hopefully I can raise some money to promote these CDs so I can develop an audience. In a perfect world, I envision myself touring on my breaks from school, but I will cross that brige when I get there.

My favorite thing about music is that it involves creating something that never existed. The songs you compose are yours, regardless if they sound similar to other songs. Everyday is an opportunity to write that perfect song that will reach out to someone. I hope you enjoy it.
