Kristen Sins has been in Nashville for four years and has been focusing on songwriting since she landed here. Kristen was urged to move here by an A&R rep Rick Carnes whom she met on her first trip to Nashville. She is 21 and already has much stage experience, performing both in California and in Nashville at venues such as the “Ironstone Winery” playing for a crowd of 5,000 and “The Bluebird” as well as opening for acts such as Chely Wright, Doug Stone and Ron Williams. She has attracted the attention of writers such as Kenny Royster and Byron Hill who said “If I was an A&R rep, I would sign you without blinking an eye.” She has been vocal trained by Renee Grant Williams who after the first session said, ”There is really nothing to teach you, you are ready to go and you should be on the radio” Joe Sins has been in Nashville for 12 years. He arrived at the urging of Jim Lauderdale who heard Joe performing in California. Jim Lauderdale was quoted as saying;“When I first met Joe Sins in the desert town of Pioneer town, Ca several years ago, I knew he had what it takes to make it in this business, T&T (Talent and Tenacity). I am pleased and proud of him as I watch his abilities unfold. I GUARANTEE YOU, HE WILL BE A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH IN OUR INDUSTRY.” He has been dedicated to his craft and has performed in hundreds of venues in and around Nashville and California. He was mentored by the late great Merle Kilgore from 1997-2004 who said this of the artist;"I have been blessed to be around just about everyone in this business who has ever succeeded in making a big name for themselves, and Joe will be the next!" Joe has co-written with the likes of David Chamberlain, Ron Hellard, Vern Gosdin and Chuck Howard to name a few. Chuck Howard has produced 7 of Joe’s songs that he has written for other artists trying to get a deal. He is also multi instrumentalist who plays 14 different instruments. He has also had the ear of Chris Dubois and Cris Lacy who helped develop Joe as a writer early in his career. Chris Dubois, Publisher of "Five o clock somewhere", songwriter of countless hits by Brad Paisely: "I've known Joe Sins since he moved to town, and I have enjoyed watching him grow into a great singer and songwriter. He is living proof of what amazing talent and hard work can do" The Sins is a culmination of these two great talents! They may remind you of George and Tammy or Tim and Faith, who together are just as good as on their own. But look a little deeper and you’ll see The Sins
