My name is Victor Gardenhire, rap name Toast. I was born, raised, and still reside in North Philadelphia. I was born July 7, 1987, to Patty Lorick, and Jack Gardenhire. I was the youngest of 2 brothers and 1 sister. I started rapping at the age of 9 when my oldest brother insisted I try. During the earlier years of my rap career I performed at talent shows, parties, and at school events. In these recent years I have rapped with different groups. They never worked out. I felt as though I was the only one who was serious about a career in music. I decided to go solo with an exception of two of my closest friends and rap partners Dale Wilson, and Milton Brown. I no longer rap with them because they have passed away due to the ongoing outbreak of violence in Philadelphia. Everything I do as far as recording and creating songs, I do by myself.
